Geocache Description:

This should be a multicache experience like none other.  It starts on the mainland of Canada in eastern Nova Scotia where you get your first waypoint at the posted coordinates.  You then cross the Causeway onto Cape Breton and collect two more waypoints, one located very near a highway sign that signifies your final destination on the island province of Newfoundland, and the other near the ferry itself. Do not enter the terminal before gathering the North Sydney waypoint.

All waypoints including the cache site is winter friendly.  The first waypoint is "hung" the next two are "magnetic" and the final is "hung" as well.  Please ensure the waypoints are secured back where found.  Cache has an FTF multicache coin for a prize and lots of NFLD swag.  Will be a great cache for tourists as it offers several stops over about 300 kms.  Also, this multicache experience will offer the finder the elusive 5/5 (terrain and difficulty); as its spread over such a great distance, across a major body of water, in two Canadian provinces, and will take about 2 days to complete.  I will be checking the log to cross reference to the site to ensure it isn't just stumbled upon and found.

Best of luck, and enjoy your travels throughout Nova Scotia, Cape Breton, and Newfoundland!
