Pilot_Sully: Due to recent issues a cacher seemed to encounter and to save prevent any future hassle regarding this cache, I have decided to archive this cache. It is a shame to have to do this, but seeing as it has caused an issue, I think it is best just to let it go for now. If in the future the fence in question is removed, I will re-plant this cache and get it back going. Thanks for those that found it without issue and sorry to those that were not able to access it.
