Geocache Description:

PD #1 is the first in the Pretty Drive Series. Pooh Sticks is a simple game that Pooh plays with with his friends in the Hundred Acre Woods.  The objective it for participants to drop a stick from the side of the bridge and then race to the other side to see whose stick emerges from under the bridge first.  Just walking from the parking area to the hide you have probably noticed that this is not necessarily the safest place to play Pooh Sticks due to the traffic along Wheel Road.

The cache is a small 35mm film canister with an attached magnet to secure it to its hiding location.  The actual hiding location should offer a nice view downstream.  To sign the log pull it out until there is enough room to sign then please wind it back up until only the Geocaching logo is visible. BYOP WARNING - Do not pull the log out past the "THE END" mark. Congratulations to TravisLee for the FTF! ***UPDATE*** 08/25/2012 1 - The PD Series of Geocaches are best experienced during the day. I know the ultimate goal is to get the smiley, the intent is to enjoy the drive which is truly diminished should one choose to attempt the series at night. 2 - Although, theoretically, the precision of GPS derived coordinates should be absolute there happens to be a variance in the degree of accuracy between devices and sometimes even the same device. Therefore it is requested that every Geocacher make note of the coordinates they get when they have found the cache and post them in their log so they maybe used by future Geocachers.
