This cache is in a cute city park in Spring Grove, well-known for its Norwegian heritage. Stealth will be required if the park is busy, adding to the level of difficulty. Take some time afterwards to look at the nearby gardens, statues, sculptures, buildings, and then open the Memory Book of Pioneers at the nearby cemetery.
The container and coordinates were changed since it was originally published due to the cache disappearing twice. The container is now a tiny magnetic nano cache. BYOP. Velkommen means "Welcome" in Norwegian. Permission to place this cache was given by the City Administrator, Theresa Coleman.
