Geocache Description:

This is the O.hio E.rie C.anal Towpath

Thanks to Stark Parks without their support this Geotrail would not be possible

This trail is mostly under canopy and you may experiance signal bounce. Most caches are within 5 foot of the trail. You are in the wrong location if you are in briers. The trail is mostly crushed, compressed gravel fairly smooth and flat, with a few bumps and small hills.

The trail is bordered on one side by the Ohio Erie Canal and the other side by the Tuscarawas River. The HINT will tell you what side of the trail the cache is on.

The trail is open from dawn to dusk--No night caching--Plesae observe all Park rules.

Parking at Craig Pittman Trailhead in Navarre or Route 212 Trailhead, Bolivar.

For more information go to--www.starkparks.com/

These caches are not intended to be hard. If you have hunted and are convinced the cache is not there, you have our permission to place a container and claim the smiley. This will kept the trail fun for the next cachers.
