Raising the Bar Traditional Cache

There are lots of great caches in Hutchinson but I thought I would raise the bar some and start placing some higher D/T level ones to challenge others to do the same. BYOP to this one. Watch out for bike muggles in the area, looks like this area may be commonly used. Not sure what will happen to this area in the Winter and Spring, we will see.
A nice Luce Line parking lot area is very close to this cache. The cache is on the North side of the river just in case you were wondering.
Please replace the cache exactly as you found it! As always, be stealthy when searching. Also remember to use common sense and caution while searching for the cache. You assume all risks arising in connection with seeking a cache or any other related activity. Enjoy!
