Geocache Description:

This is my first hide cache!
You are looking for green ammo box.
There are several hidden treasures which I have collected over the years in preparation to hide this cache. Certificate and cool Flashlight goes to First To Find!

This is also the drop spot of my first Travel Bug, Captain Underpants. Plenty of room in this cache for travellers. Location is Grimsby Old Pump House and the trail is along the 40 Mile Creek.  The location where the cache is hidden is nearing the end of the 40 Mile Creek where the Creek meets Lake Ontario.  If you are lucky you will notice that at times the creek appears, near the mouth to be flowing backwards, at some point the current reverses, this is the mouth of the 40.  The location also offers a historical plaque about the Engagement at the 40 Mile Creek in 1813. This is a beautiful location not normally seen by travelers as the trail is hidden.  This small portion of trail is where the Bruce Trail meets up with the Waterfront Trail.  There are several entry points but if you use the parking recommended you will enjoy a wonderful walk to the cache and follow the trail around and it leads you back to the beginning.  A wonderful Grimsby Woodsy Walk!
Happy Caching!

Congratulations Goes To vicdell for First To Find! (clap clap clap clap)
