DO NOT LOOK IN THE LIGHT POST NEARBY. YOU CAN BE ELECTROCUTED! I never put containers in lamp posts. . . Not your typical cache container here and bring your own pen. This is an easy lean-over-and-grab kind of cache. A state-of-the-art research building, the Kim Building welcomes all disciplines of the engineering world. The recent construction has cleared off the GZ, but it seems to be good for now.
Jeong H. Kim received a PhD in reliability engineering from the University of Maryland in 1991, and is currently a professor of practice in the Clark School of Engineering. The quad area you are standing in used to be a parking lot until this building was constructed. The low wing of the building you are standing next to houses the Fab Lab where silicon wafers are produced and it can be entirely sealed off from the outside, if necessary. Go ahead and step inside the main entrance of the Jeong Kim engineering building to see all of the exposed engineering components that make up a building - HVAC, the elevator, piping, plumbing, steel support structures and more. See the twin doors leading into the Fab Lab should it need to be sealed off.
