Der Cache liegt am Beginn des wüsten Kalktales. Dieses geologisch sehr interessante Tal führt vom Cache aus zum Schlachtberg. Wer Lust und Interesse an der Geologie des Tales hat, kann einen kleinen Abstecher zum Earthcache "Stinkschiefer im Wüsten Kalktal" machen.

Bitte denkt daran: Das Tal ist Teil de Naturschutzgebietes. Der Cache ist deshalb auch in unmittelbarer Nähe der vorhandenen Bebauung versteckt.
