Cousin Gump has come to visit and what better way to mark this and his introduction to Geocaching than to place his own cache near where he likes to play with his cousin Chump. Cheswick Green is a wonderful place for kids to grow up in with a playpark and playing field with a small stream running through it where the kids play on rope swings and take a paddle. Chump shows Cousin Gump all his favourite spots for 5 year olds and helped him place his cache in one of them.
This is a traditional cache and you are looking for a micro cache. This has recently been replaced as the other was washed away by the floods but this one is secure well out of the way of the flooding stream. Please bring a pen to sign the log.
If coming in a car, parking can be found close by at the shops on Cheswick Way or the car park round the back very close to the playpark.
This cache is close to a stream which can be high and fast flowing after rain so care should be taken especially with geokids. Suitable footwear is advisable as area can be muddy. Watch out for passing muggles as this area can be busy.
