Geocache Description:

*Please note* If you are hiking west from Stunt Rd, the state park boundary is about 200' past this cache, and there are no dogs allowed past that point.

Camouflaged spice container - Bring a pen.

 

A really neat stretch along the Backbone Trail. Lots of little cubbyholes and rocks to hide a cache in. I didn't use any of them because I hide caches because I want people to find them. With half of the sky blocked by the third highest peak in the Santa Monica Mountains, my GPS was fluctuating between 50' and 75' accuracy and I didn't want to leave cachers with a hundred choices on where to look. Instead I made it a somewhat easy find, especially if you use the hint. Please re-hide it so it can't be seen.

By the way, I guess this cache makes 'Backbone Bingo' as it fills the card between the Top of Stunt and the East Piuma Road trail heads.
