Your event cache is being archived because it has now been over a month since the event occurred.
The following is from the Geocaching.com Cache Listing Requirements / Guidelines section on Event Caches:[quote] After the event has passed, the event cache should be archived by the organizer within four weeks.[/quote]
In the future, if you host an event, please take care of archiving the event yourself after the event has passed, in accordance with the Cache Listing Requirements / Guidelines. [b]Archival of the event is the responsibility of the event organizer, NOT the volunteer reviewer.[/b]
