Geocache Description:

My 7-year old daughter and 2-year old son placed and named this cache after many hiking visits to Estero Bluffs and their insistence that pirates once roamed these parts in search of treasures after eating at a nearby restaurant.

The legend (as told by them): Over 1,000 years ago Pirates decided to built a restaurant because they get hungry everyday, especially after sailing and singing. One time, after a meal of nachos and Fish & Chips, and beer, a few walked down the street to get ice cream and then they all said to one another, “Argh, thar be treasures over thar! And Mermaids! Argh.” So they came up to this area that night to find treasure. But after searching for hours and hours they realized that they didn’t have GPS so they couldn’t find it. They were sad. So they found Mermaids and got married. The End.

The cache is a quick and easy find from the nearby parking zone off PCH. It has room for small trade items and anything that’s traveling.

Crisp treasure for FTF!
