I overlook the water, lapping the shore from my shady spot but if I'm not careful erosion might wash me away!
If your STUMPED climb the dunes to get a better vantage point!
Wave Break Wonderland
Is located on an island overlooking a stretch of semi remote beach that is a home to an abundance of aquatic life.
Be aware you will need some sort of water transport to get there like a boat, jetski, kayak, windsurfer, stand up paddle board etc...
It is a great spot to go diving, snorkeling or just have a picnic!
Sprinkle some bread in the water and watch all the fish! Tthey will eat out of your hands!
Some of the fish you can expect to see there are-
Bream, Flathead, Whiting, Luderick, Parrot fish, Tusk fish, Butter bream, Bat fish, Angel fish, Trevally, Queen fish, Pipe fish, Wrasse and Octopus just to name a few!
This island is only a few minutes boat ride from the mainland. It is a man made island that was made in 1985 to prevent waves traveling through the seaway entrance from hitting the mainland.
