You will need to do a bit of walking to get there.
This cache is in a portion of the park that is closed off to vehicle traffic. You can still walk back in there but there is a gate at the entrance of the road. Park close by and take a nice stroll back.
This used to be a very nice picnic area. We had many family picnics and family gatherings back here in the day. It is too bad the county has let this nice little park go to shambles.
I named this cache after a tree that is close to GZ. If you see Pete, you are within 50 feet. See the photo that is attached to this page.
