Make Your Post, Station 11 Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Hoosier_Reviewer: Since there has been no response to my previous note, I am archiving the cache.

While we feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for you for a reasonable amount of time, we cannot do so indefinitely. In light of the lack of communication regarding this geocache, it has been archived to free up the area for new placements. You will not be able to unarchive this listing. If you haven’t done so already, please pick up this geocache or any remaining bits as soon as possible.

"If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived."

Thank you,

How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

Nano cache. Bring a pen. No room for tradables. Placed so my EMS coworkers can have a little fun while sitting on post, waiting patiently to save someone's life or, pick them up and transport to the hospital because there big toe has been hurting for 3 weeks. (yes, we are a cynical bunch). Even so, ALL GeoCachers are WELCOME to try this cache.

The orignal cache placement became MIA within a matter of days. I have relocated another cache one block away and changed the style. If feel certain the original nano cache was stolen. It was extremely well hidden and there was NO CHANCE of an accidental discovery, at least not in the very short time it was active and not with only one person logging a find.

Fire Station 11 is our assigned south post. We are allowed a little latitude and don't HAVE to sit at the fire station unless we choose to, or if the shootings get to close for comfort. I have introduced several of my coworkers to Geocaching recently but all other posts have caches nearby. This location is lacking any caches.

Feel free to search for this. It is NOT A MUGGLE FREE ZONE. This a very busy area. Plus, us Ambulance Folk are not all geocachers. As a general rule we are Muggles. We report any suspicious activity we see. So if an ambulance is parked nearby, you might get a quick visit from FWPD. I have tried to get the word out that the suspicious activity may actually be a GeoCacher but of course, not everyone is has got the message. Rest assured that if paramedic starts walking towards you, it is most likely me, coming to meet you.

This is a micro cache. It is a fairly easy one to find but it not a typical LPC. Please put it back exactly as you found it. Specifically positioning correctly in relationship to the other items around it. Please include whether you like this cache, it's style, and if you think the ratings are incorrect. If you have suggestions in regards on how to make this better, please email me but DON'T put that in your log, as to not reveal any hints by accident. I really appreciate the feedback.

A shout out to the uber cacher, Mr. Incredible. I really like your style and hope to place as many caches as you someday.
