Blue Mountain in Buskerud is located approximately 1 hour's walk from the nearest parking area. The climb to the summit is relatively challenging, but worth the effort! :-)
The summit of Blue Mountain (or 'Blåfjell') provides spectacular views of the area. 'Blåfjell' is traditionally the home of the Blue Hat Gnomes ('blåluenisser'), although the exact location of 'Blåfjell' is a matter of debate as there are many Blue Mountains in Norway. We are naturally convinced that our 'Blåfjell' is the authentic one. The original contents of the cache were as follows: 6 dinosaur toys, 5 Pirates of the Caribbean toy cars, Dr. Oetker Teddy Bear (Trackable), Logbook, Pencil
