guardrail10: I don't want any cachers experiencing the wacko resident that believes he owns the city bike path in the area of the cache. I have city permission to place Fridley caches.
He crossed the line when he tried to break the window on my truck when I was replacing the container for the final attempt on the containers he's been stealing. Bad mistake on his part-because my truck is my buddy-Ooops.
Funny part was he tried three times and was too weak to break my window. : )
I would not recommend placing another cache here. it was a stop sign hide on the corner by the curb on the bike path.
