The A-Team: I stopped by to check on this cache today, and it turned out to have a couple of problems. The trail has been redirected around the first stage, which is now behind some fences, and the area at the final has been cleaned up and both the hiding spot and container are gone. It seems like they're going to continue to do work in this park, so I'm going to archive this cache and open it up to someone else.

Geocache Description:

This is a 2-stage multi that will take you around the recently-improved Seagirt Ponds Park. All parts of this cache are within a couple of feet of the trails, so there's no need to do any bushwacking or trampling of plants. There's a brand-spanking-new parking lot off of Seagirt Road for which I've given you the coordinates in a parking waypoint.

KC is well-known for posting his own coordinates when he thinks a cache's coordinates may be a bit off, so I've put extra effort into trying to get the best coordinates I can for each stage of this cache. :)
