Watch your walk across the ditch. There are a lot of weeds and possible rocks and sticks/logs under the grass.
The cache should be an EZ find. 1" X 6" round plastic tube.
We do not recommend a wheel chair OR a stroller or little kids, near the cache as this IS near the hiway.
This cache right off the main hiway and is hidden where it can be easily seen.
