A Dr. Seuss themed cache
This geocache is a two part cache. The cache is on private property with permission of the owners. Part one will take you to the Onceler's house for directions. Listen to the Onceler, he'll tell you the final cache coordinates. The first part of the cache is accessible from the street easment and there is no need to go inside the fenced in yard. The final cache location is part of a seasonal, woods, sculpture garden.
