I slutet av 30-talet invigdes kubenbacken i stadsdelen Kubikenborg strax söder om sundsvall. Här har delar av dåvarande världseliten i backhoppning hoppat i flertalet tävlingar. Backen revs 1968 och idag kan endast spår av backen i form av de betongfundament som själva överbacken samt delar av läktarna vilade på och överbackens slut, det såkallade "stupet" bevittnas.
Det finns och har siktats orm i närheten av cachen, var försiktig!
The grand opening of Kubenbacken was in the late 30's, just south of Sundsvall in the district of Kubikenborg. Parts of the former world elit in skijumping have participated in multible competitions. The slope was torn down in 1968 and the only trace you can find of it's existence is the concrete base for the slope and part of it's stands.
There have been sightings of snake in close proximity of the cache, be carefull!
