Mt. Duke (Ljuboten) is a favorite desitination of many mountain climbers through Europe. In winter, there is often more than one meter of snow covering most of the mountain. The hike up to the peak is physically challenging, and not for the faint of heart. The views from the summit are fantastic.
This cache is located at an elevation of 7405 feet (2257 meters). It is a moderate hike from the listed trailhead on the way to the summit. You are looking for a micro (bison tube) cache. Please bring your own pencil / pen to sign the log. Please replace the cache back like you find it so it won't get muggled or damaged by severe weather. Thank you and Happy Caching!
