Geocache Description:

Yes, there are leopards here, as well as bull, mink, pickerel, gray, green, wood, tree.... and spring peepers, too. This cache is dedicated to our amphibian friends of all spots and stripes who make our wetlands and woods fun places to explore.

Lots of route selection to find this one. Although cache container itself is nestled in, high and dry, the surrounding areas may be a bit damp at certain times of the year. "Container" is another one of my Value Village finds with room only for a log sheet. Please bring your own pen/pencil. I raise about 40 frogs myself in a backyard pond each year from eggs that I salvage from a construction pond that dries up as summer progresses. Mine are very small and are more of a tree dwelling wood frog? species. My grandchildren love to watch them hatch into tadploes and eventually grow legs and arms to become tiny frogs by the end of the summer. Hope you enjoy finding the unique "home" this particular little guy has chosen. Please be careful accessing the log sheet and replace cache container as found. Should be winter friendly as it is approximately chest high.
