An evil monster lurks at this abandoned place looking for souls to eat. That is why this old movie theater went out of business (although it is also most likely partially due to the fact that they sold $3 tickets to out-dated movies right after the other movie theaters stopped showing them). Your job is to go here and report on what this evil thing is!!
In all seriousness though, go there, find the cache, sign the log, and get out of there before any muggles question you. This was a nice little movie theater before it went out of business (and then to ruins).
Muggles may be numerous here during business hours so watch out for them!
AND BEWARE, THINGS MIGHT NOT BE AS THEY SEEM!!!
