Geocache Description:

A small magnetic cache within Haslam Park, Preston. Number 4 in the Haslam Hopper series of 5 caches, each located in a magnetic nano.

Haslam Park in Preston celebrates its centenary in 2012. To celebrate, I've created the Haslam Hopper Series. It contains five magnetic nano caches located throughout the park.

Until 1987, the park was home to Preston's last outdoor swimming pool and until the turn of the millennium, a BMX track. It's a fine example of a Victorian park, with many of the original features still in place. It's a great place to explore!

If you don't have nails, tweezers are advised to remove the logs from the caches.

The caches do not need to be found in order. Parking is available at the end of Cottam Avenue or on the main car park, off Blackpool Road.

Cache #4 is located on a bridge crossing Savick Brook in the park
