I got word that there aren't very many puzzle/unknown caches in the US with a difficulty/terrain of 1/3....so I hid one! 
It's a really simple puzzle (hence the 1 difficulty). Solve it below!
To the posted north coordinates, add -00.003.
To the posted west coordinates, add -00.816
