Do you remember the old con called the Shell Game? The game required three shells (thimbles, walnut shells, bottle caps, or plastic cups.) and a small, soft round ball, about the size of a pea. Using a flat surface, a person (operator) would place the pea under one shell. The operator then moved the three shells around, mixing them up, as the guesser watched. When the operator stopped moving the shells, the guesser attempted to pick out which shell the pea was under. This cache is our own take on that game.
