BAILEY'S WALK at B.R. Reincarnated Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

KMCRVGeocaching: Why bother replacing, people just don't bother going for a peaceful walk with a view anymore, they want a drive by light pole, not replacing. Someone I spoke to at last CITO said us older players (can't believe I'm one already) should just archive all our caches anyway and maybe someone new might put something else out, I don't see it happening, it didn't when we were harassed into getting rid of some in the state parks, no-one put anything new anywhere near the 5 I got rid of then either.

Geocache Description:

Bailey's 24th cache, a reincarnation of his 1st, 2 days before anniversary of his 2 year start in caching.
Same great walk and views.

This is a Traditional at the Brick Township Reservoir. You and your geo-pooch will get to enjoy beautiful landscaping and views at this 1.6-mile walk around the reservoir (90 surface acres & 1 billion gallons of water). There are wide paved paths with no bushwhacking required to find your way to the Micro cache with a cool view. (Cool View appears to NOT be there in colder months, you will also see the GSP Bridge over Herbertsville Rd clearly.)This cache was created after our 1st cache had all 3 of it's important stages muggled, but the final was still there. We wanted to create a non-impacting, environmentally friendly, multi-cache that is now a triditional. Bailey is a fresh little white fluffy dog that thinks you deserve a challenge and wants you to spend some time here on your walk, not just a traditional cache and dash. When he was a new pup, we walked around here with him hidden in-side my wife’s coat, now he thinks he’s part Husky sled-dog, not the Bichon he is, practically pulling us around the path, he loves walking here, you will too.
BEWARE OF MUGGLES BOTH 2 AND 4 LEGGED.

Parking can be found at N 40 07.303 W 074 07.153 or N 40 07.830 W 074 07.092

This location IS NOT available on Mondays(actually, right now it is at time of posting), nor Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year’s Day. It is open to the public Tuesday - Sunday.
Hour of Operation are December 16-March 31: 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
April 1-December 15: 6:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. There is path lighting.
Plan your visit accordingly to allow proper time to walk to the cache from any of the available parking.

PLEASE return container exactly as found so it is not muggled.
Again, you will never need to leave the wide paved paths or go near the shoreline rocks, please don’t cross the barriers. Good luck to the first to find. And it's Mr. Blitz-congrats Jim!

Have fun, enjoy the views, and the walk with your family, either the 2 or 4, legged kind.
And, PLEASE, take & upload pictures of your Geo-Dog, but NO spoiler photos.
BRING YOUR OWN PEN, there is an extraction tool, but you might want tweezers or hemostats to pull log.
