Geocache Description:

This is my first hidden cache in the town of Brigus, where we have a summer home. Take a drive up John Noels Hill, across from Antles Beach, and drive until you can't go any further, there is a parking area. Take a 15 to 20 minute hike up the trail until you reach First Pond. Take a look on the right toward a rock face and hike to the bottom you will see a large boulder.

This is my first hidden cache in the town of Brigus, where we have a summer home, and our kids hiked this trail many many times swimming, fishing and picking blueberries. Take a drive up John Noel's Hill across from Antles Beach in the town of Brigus, drive until you can't go any further, there is a parking area. Hike up the path and enjoy the scenery, take a camera and post a picture. If you are a berry picker, make sure you bring a container, and if we had lots of rain, make sure you are wearing rubber boots. Not a good idea to try and get to this cache from the highway (path is really wet). When you get to the pond, look to the right at a rock face, this is where the cache is hidden, then look for a large boulder. Be careful of berry pickers in August. Loads of blueberries in this area. Our dog loves the area, we just let her loose, and off to the pond for a swim she goes. Contents include:
Lenny the Lobster travel bug, 1st find geocoin, geocaching button, cache in/trash out button, seashells, "Travel with us Magnet" log book and pencil.
