This is our firast attempt at hiding a cache, in celebration of our 100th find.
Sholing Village Green is a small triangular shaped grassed area located in Sholing, a district of Southampton.
Thanks for visiting.
Sholing Village Green was opened by a local MP John Denham on 22nd April 2007. Local fetes are held throughout the year by volunteers with the aim to raise money for the upkeep of the village green and for charities. The block paving pathway has inscriptions of the names of local people (including our parents / inlaws / granparents) and local businesses. whilst you are here stop and have a read. Parking is possible around the village green on the main roads, please be careful when crossing, its a bus route.
I have marked as wheelchair accessible, however there is a short journey across the grass so some help maybe required get to the GZ and retrieve from the hiding place.
You are looking for a small 35mm film cainister size container, which is fixed in position, with just a log inside, sorry no room for swaps. Some stealth is required as the cache is overlooked by residential properties on all sides.
