This is an easy 2 stage multi cache. Bring the kids they will love it!
For stage one you will know what you are looking for when you pull up. The owners of ET know about stage one and want you to wave if you see them. Under ET you will see 3 numbers on the tree. You will use these numbers to find the final coordinates.
The final coords are N40* 43.544 W111* 53.ABC
A = The first number on the tree +3
B= The second number on the tree -1
C= The third number on the tree -3
Both businesses at the final stage know where the cache is hidden, but be aware of muggles, This is a high traffic area.
