Geocache Description:

An easy cache right at the beginning of Quarry trail. Take a stick to poke around the cache before you reach for it, just in case there is wildlife you are not interested in interacting with! 

Hiding our first cache in Idaho.

This should be a good easy grab for people visiting the Idaho Penitentiary or starting off on a hike on Quarry Trail or to Table Rock. We also discovered a Mining and Geology Museum "gem" while we were out here, we had never heard of it before and saw some interesting fossils and rocks hidden there too!

The cache is one of those small "official geocache containers" hidden in a fairly obvious location. It also has a few pins and a FTF pin for the first finders.

We saw a snake on the trail slithering away. Just be cautious before putting your hand in to grab the cache. It is also a very popular hiking trail so be aware of muggles.
