As the name says. LOW tide. Could be done at high tide as long as you don't mind deep water. Near impossible getting to it from above. Wouldn't try it from a kayak either. Please make sure its put back in as far as it goes. otherwise it will float away
cache is a blue sistema styled container about 800ml log book and pencil .
