This cache was originally placed for the 2012 WGA Picnic. Pike Lake was the site of GC1323 the first WGA Picnic in August of 2001.
An "old school" hide. Stay on the trail as long as possible and then search for the cache hidden under natural material. Orignal contents were 2 dozen small cars and trucks. Everyone seems to have a few in their swag bag so hopefully this one will remain a themed cache.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to the Pike Lake Unit of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
