A series of 12 stand alone caches set in the beautiful Kilburn Woods owned by the Forestry Commission and jointly managed by The North York Moors National Park ranger services.
The Lime and Ice project was created in 2008 and creates opportunities for people to learn about, explore and enjoy the landscape heritage of the south-west corner of the North York Moors National Park and the northern part of the adjoining Howardian Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

Follow the Forestry track on towards #4 look out for cyclists and horse riders as this track is popular in good weather, do not miss the black waymarked arrow pointing to the left towards Hood Hill. When approaching GZ there is no need to disturb any stones or vegetation.
