You are searching for a small lock and lock style, non-magnetic container.
Part 1: Finding the Parking Lot
You will find the parking lot where the country’s principal East-West path crosses a primary North-South indicator. Information about this primary marker can be found at either

This historical site marks the significance of this primary indicator, which aided in opening the West to homesteading.
Part 2:
Once you have located the parking area, walk the line until you reach the cache. You will not have to walk more than 100m from the center of the parking area. The cache location is in plain view.
The cache contains the log book, a FTF, a pencil and bit of swag. We have also placed a couple of travel bugs here. One wants to go west, the other east.
This seems like a good place for TBs wanting to head west. We started it off with two.
