This is one of three caches for the Tri State Treaty of 2012. In order to Log this as a find you need to find and log 100 caches each in the other 2 states (Indiana and Michigan). Also you must log what state, province, parish or whatever you are from.
If you are a non resident of any of the States of Michigan, Ohio or Indiana you have PDI. (Partial Diplomatic Immunity). This means you need to have at least 10 finds in each of the three states involved in this treaty.
Of course this find will give you credit for an Ohio find.
