A nice walk in a quiet part of the Mournes takes you to the historic town of Bedrock ;-)
Best bet is to park at the Carrick Little car park and head straight up the path. Just before you get to blue lough there's two paths that head off along the Annalong valley, take the higher of the two.
As this cache is in a mountain enviroment take sensible precautions. Bring food, warm clothing and let someone know the area you will be in and don't forget a fully charged phone.
The Cache is a small tab-lock box, there's room for a couple of small swaps, but you'll need to bring your own pen. When replacing the cache, please make sure that the box is not visible from any angle.
