This is the fourth of 7 caches on a 3.5 mile circular walk around the villages of cubert & holywell. It should take approx 1.5 to 2 hrs to complete. Most of the caches are placed within 2 metres of the pathway and will be obvious, there is no need to dig around or disturb any of the flora & fauna. The terrain is mostly paved, but there are some public footpaths which can get muddy in places.
We decided to place this series as a result of the popularity of our other caches in this area. The walk takes you from the village of Cubert, down a quiet country lane to Holywell and its beautiful beach. The outward part of the walk is downhill most of the way on a quiet country lane, which leads to a footpath which follows the river all the way to the beach. The return trip is mostly uphill following footpaths and the main road, but then another small deviation through quiet lanes brings you back opposite to the start.
parking is available at the start position, also you can park in the village square or the NT car park at Holywell. If you park at Holywell, start the series at cache No 4 and complete the series with 1,2 & 3 which should bring you back to Holywell
