pracademics: I went to do maintenance but the area is so manicured now that there's nowhere for a reasonable hide.

A bison tube, at the base of an oak tree, in Oak Bay. Not at the posted coords, but not far away. One of a number of KC tribute caches.
Pi is a fascinating number and a great place to hide cache coordinates.
The digits that make up the latitude, 48 followed by five more digits that make up the minutes are hidden consecutively within the first 100 digits of Pi.
The longitude is a little deeper. The eight digits, starting with 123, are 172,391,985 digits into Pi.
Adding up all 15 digits of the coords should give you 60
The posted coords take you to the source of one of my favourite pies. The individual pork pie is simply perfect, it's ready to eat, needs no cutlery and tastes great ... please share your favourite pie in your log?
