Upland Park Traditional Cache

When I lived nearby the only real feature of the park was the basketball court, on which I spent many an hour playing basketball. Over the years a number of features have been added to the park; the cache is located at one of those newer features. Please be gentle once you locate the cache, and make sure you return it to its intended location once you're done.
Log only! You will need a writing implement. No ink on the paper, no smiley. Also, please be aware that at certain times of day this little park is very busy with basketball players on the nearby court, so stealth may be necessary in retrieving the cache.
City code indicates that city parks are only to be visited between sunrise and sunset, so keep that in mind if you're considering a night time excursion to the park.
I don't believe this hide should be overly difficult, but if you can't find it, post a DNF and I can provide a hint.
