Geocache Description:

***This cache is in poor condition, although people continue to "find" it. A micro sized contained with a manet is desperately needed. Would any kind Cacher be able to supply one? I live too far away to do maintenance easily myself. Any help would be much obliged.

This is only the second cache in Takayama since 2003. It is a micro and should be easy for you to find.

Takayama Station is a JR station and serves about 1500 people a day. 

The Takayama Main Line runs between Gifu Station in Gifu Prefecture and Toyama Station in Toyama Prefecture for a total of 225.8 kms. After typhoon Tokage in 2004, this line was closed until 2007 between Tsunogawa Station and Inotani Station.

Apparently, the cache has been moved to the SOUTH SIDE of the bridge that overlooks the station and the line. IT IS NOT ON THE TRACKS!!! Be careful not to drop it. Also, the logsheet is very narrow. Please write small because I will have little chance to do maintainence. Bring your own pen.
