Geocache Description:

Cache is a magnetic nano placed as close to the border as I could get it.
The bridge is over the Fane River which gives its name to the famous Fane Valley brand and the yard where it all started is still in operation up the road from this site. Te agricultural yard was bombed almost a dozen times during the Troubles and the cracks can still be seen in the yard walls.
Back when I was a kid I recall going with my family across the border here which involved weaving through a series of large concrete cubes which partly blocked the road. In those days it was more of an event to leave the country and cross the border which made it all the more exciting.
