BOC TRIPES Multi-Cache

BOC (Bulilit Out Caching) in Sabre Springs Trails.
This is a 3 stage multi cache. Each stage has something to do with a TIRE or PIPE. When I was toying with these words, I came up with "Tripe" thus the title of the cache. I know, kind of nonsense isn't it? The word is also a food ingredient for some Mexican and Asian cuisines.
2nd and Final waypoints are within half a mile from posted coordinates.
1st Waypoint: Posted Coordinate
x = letters printed on side of 1st WP container
2nd Waypoint*: N32 56.(x+1)11 W117 05.709
y = no. of green standing pipes
*GZ is a few feet away from trail. No bushwacking.
Final Coordinates**: N32 56.(y+2)25 W117 05.(x+1)75
** easier to approach from south side of bush/trees, some bushwacking may be required
Parking: along Creekview Drive
