This area is only open from 6am-10pm; the gates are locked 10pm-6am. The building next to the cache is only administrative offices. The garden area is maintained by the Master Gardeners of the Ozarks, so please don't step on the beautiful flowers! While you are here, make sure and head out to the new Dewey Short Visitor Center and tour the facility. Nearby is the Table Rock Lakeshore Trail, which consists of 2.2 miles of paved hiking biking trail. Across and down the road is the newly opened White River Valley Trail System, which is more of a challenging natural trail for hikers/bikers.
