You're looking for a 2" camo PVC tube type cache tucked neatly away from muggling eyes! I could have driven this old road (Combs rd) with my 4x4 and from the looks of it, some people have been on occasion. Sure would have been nice to have this road in to make the journey directly into Elkinsville MUCH shorter from the Maumee area!
Well, depending upon where you park, you can come at this from 3 different ways. Park at my coords for a nice loop hike that will come right back to the parking coords off of Berry Ridge Rd. You can also take Combs road for a ways until it's blocked off by the dreaded DNR metal gate. Probably would be a decent run if you had a mountanbike but I don't and I've NOT hiked that road recently so I'm not TOTALLY sure as to the current state it's in. Plus, I think it's just over a mile just to get there from that road block. The third place to park is from the Elkinsville area (and Shout Out to the Bloomington Area Geocachers cache...just to the NW) but it's about 1.3 miles to here as well. You can make that decision. Be sure to wear hunter orange if visiting during the season! Good luck!
