The container is a magnetic plastic preform tube. It's located by the biking/walking trail. All Fridley and Groundspeak placement rules have been followed. This container can be accessed from the top of the walking bridge or by going underneath. From the top reach under the left (west side) of the metal plate on approaching the bridge deck.
