Join the Russellville Area Geocaching Community for our monthly meet, eat, and story swap. Nothing beats a hot dog roast and a visit with old and new caching friends.
September in the Ozarks usually means great weather and a perfect time to be outdoors. Join the River Valley Area Cachers at Old Post Park for an informal “bring what you have" picnic. We will furnish hot dogs, buns, mustard, ketchup, and relish. Bring what you wish to complete the picnic. We could use charcoal, chips, deserts, and drinks. When you accept our invitation, please indicate what you plan to bring.
Out of the area guests are welcome. We love to meet cachers from all over the state.
Let's have our hot dogs about 6:00 p.m. since dusk will be a little earlier by late September. The pavilion we plan to use is the one at the far east side of the picnic area. Enter by the dam and go along the river to the last pavilion. If we are not there. find us!
We will also announce the winner of the Great Arkansas Travel Bug Race that officially ends September 4. See you in September!!!
