Geocache Description:

Nano cache with log and pencil.

This cache is at Partings Wood. 39 hectares of Wooldand planted in 2002 as part of the National Forest between Thornton and Stanton Under Bardon. There are two main approaches this cache - on foot via the footpaths from Markfield Lane (best for kids) or by car down Stanton Lane. However parking might be tricky on Stanton Lane - whilst is is not that busy the road is not that wide and has few obvious pull-ins. The cache is small with its own log and pencil. ***Well done to batesanslaw and SMacB for being joint first to find - about 30minutes after listing***
